I would be excited to join The Mogul Team and I will be up for the Morning Real Estate Show. Thanks!  I have applied for a Trainee Position at a Property Management Company in Edmonton.  When I get it, Not only will I move to Edmonton, but I will have the opportunity to learn from the people that DO.  Property Management is my week spot, this will give the the ability to get a handle on it and still stay in the Real Estate Mindset.  I am looking forward to one day meeting you, and learn from a like minded group!  Thank You!

I live in a very small town in Alberta and I would like to move into a larger city. I am looking for an investment, my first one. I am not sure what market I should move into. I want to have lunch with mentors and real estate investors. To be honest there is no one I can do that with where I am at. I also need to get away from friends and family that are very negative. I would like to surround myself with doers and positive people. That is the reason for the move. I have searched the internet but don’t know people who invest so they’re not many deals on realtor.ca. I would like to know what you think. Good bad anything.
