Actually you are right! I thought renting for a year I would lose out on all that rent money but i see it’s worth it.

Thank you 😊

Thank you 😊 I’m a little desperate to buy because I am living with my parents and I have 3 kids. Although my husbands income is there the credit score is holding us back.

I had to sell my home in GA and relocate to TX due to COVID. My credit dropped dramatically to 500 because we couldn’t make payments. So now we are looking for a home to buy, live in it for a year then rent it out so that we have steady cash flow and be ready if this tragedy ever happens again.

I have money for 20% BUT my credit score is bad, please help how do I get passed this?!

Yes I am interested in acquiring assets for my children and grandchildren and so on. I would love to make it a family business. I really do enjoy working, physically working on homes. I'm just scared with numbers, money. I'm afraid I'm going to get stuck with a property that will never rent. I would like to learn more so I've been attending the free pod casts and asking for help on these blogs. A few people have suggested I read up on a few books. I'm very interested in how the BRRRR strategy works, this is the direction I'm thinking of taking. I just need to know how to select the right property that will increase in value once I rehab it. I was thinking of driving around with a real eastatecagrnt and have him show me some homes that are in good neighborhoods, need a little fixing and are a potential to increase the equity, according to Beardon. Oh yeah and find some " Hard Cash Lender" which is scary to, it sounds intimidating but I will have to get over that.

I just sold my house I wanna invest so I don’t have to work so much to support my children. I am willing to put in the work where do I begin??
I want to provide for my children while still available for them at home.
From a small town in El Paso, TX the market isn’t as great as other cities. I have found a few multi family homes that look like great deals to invest where do I begin?
