Yes they do guarantee you a monthly payment for 24 months (less their fee).  So if you believe you can rent your unit at 100% occupancy, then the management fee works out to about 8.5%, but if you think you will have vacancies, then the calculations become a bit more promising (because they still pay you the agreed upon monthly even though the unit might be vacant).  I am actually thinking about renting our condo and have looked into Zeus so have a better sense of how they make money but am wondering if it's worth the wear and tear as

Has anybody else actually used Zeus as a property owner?
