Experience the best that Mooresville has to offer with this home in Stafford at Langtree. Built in 2018, the owners have added significant upgrades including custom built in shelving, a full laundry room renovation, and fully finished the garage. They also renovated the upstairs to include a second kitchen and living area, making it a perfect house hacking opportunity for those looking to live downstairs and rent out the upstairs. The only shared space is the laundry room, which has a separate entrances for the owner and the tenant. The owners were achieving $950 in rent in 2022 – the upstairs would now rent between $1,200 and $1,300 today.

The home features 2,571 square feet (not including garage space) across four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is listed at $599,000.

Contact us with any questions you have, and feel free to pass along to anyone you know looking for a house hack opportunity the Charlotte area.

Shanil,

You'll need to file a quit claim deed. In Charlotte I typically use Hejirika Law, and the folks over at Doyle and Wallace are great as well. Either will be able to file a quit claim deem to move your property under your LLC.
