I came across this strategy today and I couldnt believe it until finding out that it was true but besides that. Has anyone used this strategy? and tell me how it worked for them. I'm looking about doing this strategy to get into my first commercial property or will be first.

I'm looking for advice on how to Wholesale so I can build capital. I believe this is the best why for me to start . Can anyone give me advice on how to start? I've read a lot of book on Real Estate investing (Commercial Property's, & Flipping), Rich dad poor dad, & J. Scott. Just not on wholesaling. does anyone know any good book or knowledge of wholesaling.

I just got back from a Cash Flow Game Rat Race. (http://www.meetup.com/The-Anaheim-CashFlow-Game-by-Investors-and-Entrepreneurs/events/137452612/). The guy that was showing us how to play the game had some deals going on in Texas 8 Duplex's also at the end of the game. He was telling me what they offer they have a Class tomorrow. Sept 16 J. Massey is gonna be there. I looked up this company to see what they where all about the man that told me about it. and the first thing i get was SCAM and Nouveau. Does anyone know anything about this company?

Mike Zaremba sorry for the late replay. I've been to their meeting 2 times already. I've looked up the company and found a lot of compliance. Most majority of the stuff that i found out about the company is a scam. They tell you at the Thursday meeting that its $500 to hold you a seat and $900 for VIP for the 3 days course. and they tell you thats all you have to pay when its not. To me i believe the company is a SCAM. if you google the company under scam you will some so many compliance. If it was a good company you wouldn't find so many problems with NWA(Riverside)
