I Would like to sell a 2 family property in Brooklyn with a tenant occuping the first floor. The issue is that the 1st floor tenants just moved in on the 1st of october. The owner would like to give the rent and security back before 30 days in order for the house to look more attractive to buyers or Investors. The owner is in pre-foreclosure and would like t sell now! What advice should I give him. Can the property stay occupied and still sell at a discount price? What advice would you give? Thanks all

Slow Very Slow thers is not much homeowners can do to increase a sale, there is to many competition and low price homes available. Creative thinking with some price reduction might lead to a buyer

What a great site somthing different and informative. Well I would like to start off by hoping to make new friends or Collegues as they call it. I am open to all discussions, chats, anyware from Landlords, Rentals, Lis-Pendents, and so on. My past experience Involves being a first property manager, sales agent, then loomed into becoming an Investor. Which I have a passion for. Thanks all and welcome
