We manage our own properties but I am yet to get a good explanation from a pm why thay should get any late fee, I thank it is my property I pay for the major breakdowns and in any case that is there job to collect the rents.

Hi Jermaine here, we never had a lease notarized, we have the new tenant bring a copy of there SS card and drivers license and no one gets a key until we get that ooo and the the money.

With no signed lease you have a month to month verbal lease so in 30 days you can ask him to vacate your property.

Hi jermaine here, our section 8 tenants are only different on paper (our lease) we treat all our tenants the same thay do damage thay fix dam

We have had tenants do our snow removal in the past and found that it works for smaller properties but we never never have a tenant take payment out of the rent, we just send them a check at the end of the month.

Sounds like that is a new tenant (couple of months) we do not have any of that from new tenants thay are trying to train you to accept there crap, you as the landlord need to train them on what is accepted and what is not.

As for the check we do not send money back to people that have outstanding balance,

We have always use Mr landlord, I do not do our tenant screenings anymore, what I liked about the service was I could do a criminal background search local and nationwide, with or without credit check.

We had a high end rental close to DC we had tenants that worked on capital hill, that place looked exactly the same at every inspection, just like we rented it, I must say that if and when something breaks thay want it fixed that day, while in our other properties tenants seam not to be so pushy
