My husband and I looking for some advice investing in USA around Lake Erie area for the first time. We have few investment properties in here but never bought any property in overseas.

We are looking to buy B class around Lake Erie and planning to do BRRRR.

Where is the best state to set up LLC and

things we need to know or avoid before we buy..etc.
