Post: Evicting tenant on house arrest

Hey guys, I have a question for a property I am trying to wholesale. The current first floor tenant has not paid rent for over 8 months. He is currently suing the landlord, saying there are people living in the third floor using his electricity (not true). The tenant is also currently in house arrest. My question is, does the tenant being on house arrest make it any tougher to evict him for non payment? I am located in Springfield, Massachusetts. He also has a restraining order on him for assaulting the handicapped tenant on the second floor. Thanks for any feedback!
