Hello BP Community!

My name is Luis and I am a new member looking to make 2021 the best year ever. I've been "studying" Real Estate Investing (REI) for about nine months and I'm now ready to take massive action. I am looking to invest/Wholesale in the Aurora CO market and surrounding areas, but I would also consider Fix & Flip and Buy & Hold/Rentals. I would love to connect with other Wholesalers and Cash Buyers. While I diligently network and chase down leads to locate ideal investment properties for me and you, I am also open to making new REI Power Team connections with Investor friendly Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Closing Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, General Contractors, Mortgage Lenders, Hard Money Lenders, Accountants, Inspector/Appraisers, Insurance Agents, etc. My wife and I are ready to exit the "Rat Race" and start leveraging our time and assets to give ourselves, our kids, and others in our community an opportunity to succeed and enjoy life. I'm a new investor located in Aurora, CO (Arapahoe County) and I am looking for any leads on Investor friendly Title Companies in my area. My primary markets are Aurora, Denver, and Centennial, but I will also consider Lakewood, Englewood, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Northglenn, Broomfield, and Littleton. I believe this encompasses Adams County, Arapahoe County, Boulder County, Denver County, Douglas County, and Jefferson County. Please let me know who you recommend and why.
