I have a rental property I put on the market for rent, do you guys have or know where to get a yearly lease agreement I can use in Phoenix, AZ? 

So I want my ex-girlfriend to leave my house but she doesn’t want to. We share a son together. She has the internet, light and water bill under her name only. The house is under my name. Do I give her a 3 day, 7 day, 15 day or a 30 day notice to vacate? I went down to the courthouse but they said I couldn’t evict her w/o giving her proper notice to vacant form. Thanks in advance !

I am thinking about buying a manufactured home and placing it onto my parents property which is on .44 acre land & renting out my primary residence. I’m just wondering if there is any restrictions to this idea or anything I should know before I proceed. I want to do this to save money on the mortgage and basically pay rent to my parents but have my own spot still.

Hey to all of you! I am looking to connect w/ people here in Phoenix and talk real estate. I own one property which I live in but will eventually rent out and get a new property! I’m diving into the wholesaling side of real estate to get capital and start investing into buy & hold properties. I have not had a deal yet but I do have a few properties in line just need to close them. Any advice out there for a starter in wholesaling ? Hey guys, I used to use truepeoplesearch website to look up home owners and their phone numbers, I believe they took that site down because I’m not about to find it anymore. Do you guys have any recommendations? I have some homes that are vacant/distressed that I plan on getting under contract to wholesale. Thank you in advance!
