Hi,

I want to start investing in Los Angeles (where I live) but the market prices are really high for someone like me that is just starting out and have little capital so this can be a bit scary. I've been trying to learn as much as I can and joined a local REIA meetings. I'm interested about multi family and single homes, even thought about foreclosure homes but I know that's way more complicated.

I would appreciate so much any tips, ideas, suggestions, etc.
