Hi, my name is Luis, and I’m 23 years old and just got interested in what the investing in real state world. I do not know anything about it, but one day I went to a restaurant and I heard a guy talking about bigger pockets podcasts, and that got me interested in this, but I have a lot of questions.

Is there an app or a place that investors go to look for the houses that they decide to invest in? Do people use Zillow or apps similar to that? Or what do they use if they want to buy a duplex or an apartment complex?

Thank you for any feedback

Hello, my name is Luis and I’m extremely new at this, I’ve always heard about investing in real state and I’ve always being interested in it. Recently I learned about bigger pockets and I started listening to the podcast.

After listening about people doing rental properties I started wondering if I could some day be able to do it, and I imagine that I’m gonna need a lot of money to start, but I’m not sure how to know how much do I need to save to start, or if I need to get a loan to start, or if I need a good credit score.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Luis
