I am looking at a great deal and am looking for hard money lenders who can help me close it.

What's the best way to proceed with this? Can I find contacts of hard money lenders in the lender's section, or is the only way to achieve this through social connections and meetups?

Am penciling out a property and trying to see what our loan options are.
Post rehab, the property will be a 4bdrm 2 bath house, that's a few blocks from a college in southern WI, USA.
Would be rented to 4-6 college students (# TBD). These would be separate 12-month leases.

I'm looking for lenders willing to do a cash-out refi on this (we'd purchase and fund the rehab in cash. est purchase price 90k. rehab 60k. ARV 200k). Any suggestions on who to call?

Hello BP family, I am currently in the need of a hard money lender, private money lender, or partner that would like to go 50 50 on this deal that I currently have. I’ve talked to many different private money lenders and they all are saying the same thing and aren’t willing to fund. Does anybody have any suggestions of Lenders or let’s work out a deal in a partnership.

Looking for a lender to do a DSCR with a quick close; I previously owned property but not within the past three years.

House sold at $234K, already put 20% down, willing to put more down to qualify or get a better rate.

It's a turnkey two-unit, renovated in 2019, and comes mostly furnished. 

We're planning on doing furnished medium-term rentals and anticipate rents around $1700/unit.

Was using a different lender but they required more recent experience, have a closing date of 09/20 we want to meet.

We have a deal with 2.06x Equity Multiple, 16.88% IRR, 5-year hold, brand new build, 100% occupied.

121 Units located in Tennessee.

Based out of Westchester New York, I am looking to start purchasing small to mid size multi family units out of state.

States of interest NC SC OH AR NV AZ Open to others but basically any state with strong job growth demand.

-potential big funders after a few deals 

-will fly to do DD on properties.

I figured it was a long shot posting here but I am looking for someone who what's to partner and start purchasing.

Partnership terms can be negotiated depending on participation level and capital amount.

Have at least 100k to start, ideally we would purchase 1 or 2 a year and see how we work together and go from There. Post here or pm me if interested.

I'm looking at purchasing a rental in North Carolina, I have Excellent credit (800+) and money for the down payment.. BUT!!! Im self employed and my debt to income doesn't look good on paper. I got pre approved for DSCR From 2 different lenders but they're both mid 7's in interest. Does anyone know of a lender that is asset based that can get in the 6.9 range? Thanks for your help!
