@William Battistelli Does using a HELOC as a down payment create two payments? One towards your HELOC and one towards the mortgage? My plan is to use the HELOC strategy along with the BRRRR strategy. Why did you choose down payment vs BRRRR? Sounds like you found your self a great Bank to do business with.

I plan on getting started on multi family.Perhaps a Triplex or Fourplex. However I am tempted to do out of state investing as I would be able to do more properties at one time. What was your first Investment? Was it here in California?
