I have been driving for dollars and I have found a couple of distress properties in Vegas own buy a bank out of state. I'm not sure how to handle this situation, should I send them a yellow letters or call them directly?If so who do I talk to? any tips will help. Thanks

Hi, my name is Luis, I am from Las Vegas, NV. I currently work at a warehouse as the Manager.
