Sorry that you're put in this situation. Im glad you were able to help her out though!

What would you say to hiring a management company to avoid being put in this position again?

@Jose Castillo, May I ask you what you personally go through in order to become a real estate investor?

Thank you so much for your reply Joseph! Have a wonderful day and be safe!

Hey guys, sorry for the dumb question. The reason I ask is becuase I have no money and I want to start in this business. I know that this is a lifelong business and that is why I wanted to see if there was a way that I could see if I even like real estate investing. I know im asking for a lot but I dont plan on buying a house with no money, im not that crazy.

Thank you for any of the people that take the time to help me with this issue. Have a nice day!

The reason this question interests me a lot is because personally inflation affects me very little, but what about you successful investors that have 100k  and more? Losing 2% to Inflation is a very big deal but then again you need cash in order to pay employees or repairmen.

What strategy have you put in place in order to protect your money from inflation while still being able to keep your real estate running?

Thank you for all the answers, have a nice day yall.

That's why I joined this forum to see if real estate investing is my cup of tea since I hear lots of wonderful things about it and becuase of Robert Kiyosaki always talking about it.
