Hi, me and my fiancé are looking into buying an investment property . We Both have a current mortgage that we are both on . So my question is if we are applying for a loan will the full mortgage payment be counted twice when calculating dti ratio? I know as joint responsibility they will always calculate full amount but is that the case here too ? Thank you very much
