Thank you, Jonna, Dave, and Jay, for the welcome and info.  Will certainly look at meet ups and set up alerts those are great ideas.  I've been reading the forums and watching podcasts for about a year now, just lurking.  Very helpful info.  Brandon's QA videos are great as well.  Big time information advantage for someone just getting started.
