Quote from @Chris Grenzig:

@Luke Birk welcome to the RE world and especially CRE. I got started in multifamily in 2016 2 years out of college and played soccer Div 1 myself. I worked for a company for 4.5 years directly under the 2 owners where we acquired 4,000 units across 23 properties and I oversaw the FL region for my last 3 years there and grew that portfolio from 0 to 1,000 units across 7 properties. I've had my own company now for just shy of 4 years (end of Nov will be 4) and we've bought 150+ units of multifamily that we manage, and we also manage 1-80 unit properties for other owners as well.

I never went the broker route myself, but my bosses at my prior company both were before moving to the ownership side. It's a great route to start in and you can learn & earn a lot.

Let me know if you want to connect, happy to just connect and explore referral opportunities as well.

Man that's awesome! I'd definitely love to hear more about your journey and how you went from working for a company, moving up, and eventually owning your own. I'll send you a connection request.

Name: Lucas (Luke) Birk

Current Location: Orlando, FL

Location of Connections: Any & everywhere! I want to meet you all.

My Background: Graduated college in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management while playing NCAA Football. Transitioned into a career in real estate after about a year working in the service industry. I'm now a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with eXp commercial, working with a partner that is a seasoned veteran in the industry (15+ years).

The resource I have the most to offer right now (time, money, knowledge/experience, skilled labor) is: I'd say time, work ethic, and knowledge. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Orlando, so I know the area like the back of my hand.

Some strengths I can offer this partnership: As a 24 year old, I'm in the beginning of my working career and "hungry" to succeed. Since I got into real estate, I've been head-down working and learning all I can to give my clients the best experience possible. I also pride myself on my communication skills and aim to make sure that all my clients are never left in the dark about anything throughout the process.

What I am looking for in a partner: Not necessarily looking for a partnership, moreso looking to connect & make new friends in the industry, which could turn into a partnership/ referral partner in the future.

Can't wait to connect with you all & I wish you the best of luck with all your real estate endeavors!

- Lucas Birk
