Post: Who's Thinking of House Hacking in Denver?

Is house hacking even possible in the expensive Denver market? Can you still cash flow? Is it worth it? House hacking is still the number one way to break into real estate investing, and my team and I are still getting clients into properties that are cash flowing in such a expensive market, with high interest rates? How many years would you be willing to House Hack?
