Hello BP just wanted advice on ideas on what to do when cash flow isn't your strength, being a realtor as well I'm still new but that is a strength maybe I could use? any thoughts? Thanks for the help

Hello BP Community My name is Lupe I had recently moved back to Salt Lake City UT 3 years ago. I decided to get license not too long ago and I am starting out as a Realtor as a part time and still carry my full time job. How I got started is from reading rich dad poor dad and it led me into the world of real estate. Ive been trying to pay catch up on the BP podcast and learn as much as I can from this community and along side, making friends and networking with others. Ultimately my goal is to starting investing into real estate, have some rentals and have passive income. I wanted to let anyone who is on the same boat as to please feel free to reach out to me, I am new to everything but I will apply myself to do what I need to do to help! For those looking for partnership I am interest, my financial situation isn’t the best but I will do what I can do help!
