I have a couple of clients / friends that had invested in Setúbal area for STR strategy and it's been working pretty good.

They had Bought, Rehabbed, Rent. Not usual yet the Refinancing and Repeat yet in Portugal 🇵🇹😅

They are mainly small houses or apartments that can give a feeling of easy & fast fixing.

Unfortunately these investors are Portuguese and not interested to show up here in the channel. I will keep pushing them to come 😀
