Jon McElyea welcome to the community, as well as to the small community not only in Bozeman, but Montana as well. This is my first post and am excited about this community that I recently found. I am an architect so have been experienced in real estate and construction for 12+ years. I have a condo I purchased in 2007, a SFR in 2012 and recently built a SFR and vacation rental in 2015. My main goal is to figure out how to leverage being an Architect with building up my real estate investments of buying/ building and holding. I am passionate about everything dealing with buildings and am excited to get connected with people who are also.

I worked as an architect in Portland. Joe Petrina with Petrina Construction does a great job. We did a great remodel that ended up in the magazine of Luxe. Regards, Jeff
