the house we sold was in Trust.  It looks like the closing document was signed by our attorney with some Trust lingo I can't fully understand.  does it make a difference that it was in Trust? it allows the attorney to sign on our behalves? I questioned why we didn't have to sign the document as well.

We sold our first property today. As sellers, we did not receive the closing settlement (HUD 1) until after the closing was completed. Upon inspection of the document, we noticed number of mistakes (lawyer fees, RE agent commission fees, property tax amount). We notified our lawyer and RE agent and they promised to reimburse us on Monday (closing was today, Friday). But no comment on the property tax as of yet. The 2020 property tax on the house was $7800. We paid 55% (~$4400) of it in Feb 2021 and 45% is due in Aug 2021. The closing document shows we paid $7800 (100%) to the buyers instead of the remaining 45%. What can we do now to rectify this error? Who should we contact to get our money back? Is not receiving the closing settlement one day in advance violation of RESPA?
