Im a Real Estate investor.I'm looking for an investor /Partner to finance the purchase and or repair costs on Single family homes and Multi Family units til I flip them or refinance them.

You can receive a percentage on your Investment or a equity partnership..

These properties will be a bought at 50% - 70% of market value.

Your investment will be secured by a 1st position on the Trust Deed.
