@Ingrid J. goal is to have passive income coming from real estate. I feel as though rent is monthly profit. When selling you have to wait and hope for a buyer. Thoughts??

If you have a rental property and have the deed, and want to pull the money out by getting a mortgage. Will you still be able to get another mortgage for a personal property for you and your family to live in??
Also would it be better to get a LLC for the rental property? Would that make it easier for the first question?
