Thank you Tiffany and Brandon. I will be asking questions as I go along. I know laws have stiffened a bit. So I am really working on coming up to speed. Thank you once again
I am having a great deal of trouble finding the drop down menu. I am on my iPhone 5 can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this. I can't find the profile area to fill out.
Help please...

Hello One And All,
What a phenomenal site, so grateful to have found BP.
Short history:
I am from a background of contractors and I followed the pathway made. I also owned a real estate office and We developed land... (That's where I have the most fun). However I was in a car accident 20 +\- years ago, that took me out of commission for a but and finally I am ready to get back to what I love.
Things have changed a lot. My credit was tanked and I have little money to invest. But I know it's possible to use OPM. So I am desperately devouring your writings, books and forums. Excited to be among such ambitious fellow real estate lovers.
Constantly looking for the right deal.
I do have a question: We have a home with approximately 40,000 equity. Wanting to use it to get going... What is the best way to get the most $ or leverage from this home to get back going?
