I am looking for Investor friendly Banks and Lending Institutions in the Orland Park, Tinley Park, Mokena, Frankfort Illinois, and surrounding areas.

I am looking to establish a working relationship with local Lenders. I would appreciate any information on lenders that you personally have worked with that you felt comfortable with and that felt comfortable working with investors.

I appreciate any information that you can share, from Lenders, Realtors, Investors and or Investor clubs. I am a beginning Investor with Great Credit, Steady Income and some Rehab experience.

Thanks....we did just that. WE had A-Proseal come out and it seems that the sump pump needs to be changed. It has a float that allows to much water into the sump and when we have heavy rainfall it cannot keep up and it floods the draintile. It put extra strain on the walls as well. 7 cracks are being fixed next week and I'll put in a new type sump pump.

HI Donald,

Thanks for the input. I am talking to a company friday but want to get at least a couple of bids in the type of work to be performed. I have several leaking cracks. If you could send me the info I would greatly appreciate it. Many thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,

Jim

I am in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago Illinois. Orland/Tinley area. Does anyone know of a good Foundation Repair company. The crack had a previous repair that has started to leak again.

Thanks for the Heads Up. I also believe that I have to look someone in the eye and talk person to person before I start to  take everything they say as Gospel. It's refreshing to see a Local Investor. I am sure we will chat again.

Thanks Guys for the warm welcomes, and thank you for the HML referral. I also want to see if I can locate a private bank that will do a construction loan tied to a conventional loan to cover the rehab. I know that might be a bit of a stretch but I have excellent credit and am willing to put skin in the game. Any Ideas?

I'm excited to have joined the Bigger Pockets Community. I joined as a Pro Member and I am currently analyzing deals to get back into Real Estate Investing. I have only been involved in a few deals myself, but was raised by a father who understood the term "Sweat Equity".

I need to connect with a good General Contractor that has worked with investors before. If anyone has a referral it would be greatly appreciated.

I also need to hook up with some local banks or Investors that offer transitional financing so I can concentrate on fixer-uppers.

I am getting close on a couple of deals and need to get everything lined up as soon as possible. Any leads or advice will be gratefully accepted. I hope to hear from you soon and who knows, possibly work with a few of you soon.
