Hello everyone, 

I'm a wholesaler/investor in the Cleveland area. My plan is to wholesale/rehab, invest the proceeds into small multifamily and eventually work my way into apartments. I've already learned a lot from BP podcasts, books, etc. and I'm excited to learn more.
