@Chris Piper Thank you Chris for your insight. I think going to a local REIA meeting is a great idea to get to know other investors and also I might meet a wholesaler there.

Please I need your insight, advice and recommendations on how to find an ethical wholesaler in the bay area where I live.

Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate the replies, suggestions, energy and drive you guys are putting in. I am starting off my journey and I am trying to educate myself first by reading books and building a knowledge base and then see the next step. If you guys have any tip or advice that I can do it along the way, I would really appreciate it. 

I work as a CPA in a private wealth management firm in Palo Alto, CA and I have the motivation, drive and passion to become a great real estate investor.
