My husband and I have about 25K in each of our 401K and want to know can we put that in our own self Directed IRA then invest each account in one property?

Hi BP,
I just passed my real estate sales person exams and am looking for a good Broker to work with. Does anyone have any suggestions? I bought my first rental, a duplex in WI in 2015 and have passive income now and I love real estate. I would like to learn more about the industry and grow my real estate knowledge in Las Vegas.
