We are about to have a rental property available in Mcgregor TX and looking for a good property manager. We plan to expand to 3 or 4 SFH homes in the next 18 months there.

Hi @Paul Moore,  I guess my biggest unknow would be how to raise the capital for the larger properties.  We have considered apartments and storage units.  IF you don't mind can you elaborate on why you feel commercial is the way to go?

I am interested to learn as much as I can.  I'm not sure I even know what "passive investment RE strategies" means.
