Thank you guy so much for the feedback! I'm going to continue to send second, third and fourth mailers to the inheritance. I guess the problem I've always run into is debating whether to send the second and third or use that money on trying another list out. Our budget started out small but is getting much bigger I'm starting to look at the lists that are more targeted. However my target is literally anything that I can get for a discount. I've some of the most different properties create deals for me! I was sending absentee 55+ with 50% or more equity. But it was in the beginning of our journey so I know I didn't mail enough times. & can definitely close morenof those deals now. I was wondering if you guys find better luck by keeping the lists smaller and sending to multiple different lists. Like 100-200 at a time with four different types of lists!? Jim thank you for telling me about Sharon! We are dabbing our marketing a little bit into Louisville since we're from that area we wanna keep business in both places! Thanks for all the help guys! Oh btw have any of you ever sent to divorced? Thinking about getting ahold of that list

Has anyone here had any luck getting access to tax delinquent lists and code violation lists? I'm going to start going around trying to find those lists, so I'm curious to know if anyone else has found it in their county and how they came about getting it.

Hey guys! We've recently been sending white letters to inheritance leads. However they are not giving us the results we need. We have sent to absentee owner and vacant in the past which was also very wishy washy. I'm curious as to what has been working in your market? We are biting at the bit to send our next mailer targeting different leads. So, what gives you the best results? Thank you :-)

Hello everyone, my team and I have recently starting digging into different marketing techniques. One of our favorites is direct mail, however we are looking to budget better with our marketing and so now we are researching different direct mail companies to use. I was hoping I could get a list going of online direct mail companies that we can call and discuss pricing/planning. So investors, who do you use for your direct mail letters?
