Thank you it has, coincidentally I went with Avail also. I like the benefits and the price it felt great for new comers, I was sold when learned tenants can also submit repair issues through the app.

Hello all, I am new to real estate investing. I recently brought my first property (so Happy) my plan is to buy and hold for long term wealth but I want to make the best decisions possible. I purchased/closed on the duplex about a month ago and one tenant will not be renewing his lease in February because he feels he may get moved with the military, What are/is a good Tenant Screening Company? I would like to get the most information possible to welcome the best tenants possible.
