I am new to wholesaling and working to complete my first deal soon. What are some of the strategies you use in order to locate distressed properties and how have you faired using these strategies? In your experience, has some been more efficient than others?

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,
My name is Malik Dodds, I am from Atlanta, GA, and I am new to real estate. Over the past couple of months I have been reading more and becoming more familiar with the real estate industry. Starting out, I am focusing on becoming a wholesaler and then I want to transition to flipping and gradually moving towards rental properties.
