We are trying to pool resources with some US-based partners for real estate investment. Potential markets are the US /Canada or Australia. Does anyone have any experience with partnering across borders and how that can be structured?

From one novice to another. I think if it doesn't cash flow and you are not willing to make it cash flow then you need to get out unless if you are willing to keep bleeding 300 a month

We have bought the property in our name before and then executed a bare trust transfer to a numbered corporation with no problems or excessive fees. Not sure if this helps

New to this forum and am looking at a new build on Barsby road in Nainamo. Corner 4th floor unit mid 400's. The numbers don't seem to work without bumping bumping rent above market value. What away ?
