Hello! I’m new to the real estate world. My dad and uncle have been buying properties in Wichita for a little over a year now, and I want to get into it too! Looking for properties to buy, and any advice that I might need to start out. I plan to use the BRRR method.

I'm looking for a realtor in Wichita, KS who is energetic and responsive. Does anyone have any suggestions for a realtor I could work with?
I have a couple general contractors that I plan on calling, I only want to meet with one of them, so what questions should I be asking? What qualities should I be looking for? Are there any red flags that I should be aware of?

I'm 16 and very new to real estate, I'm working for my dad right now and he's interested in buying multi-family homes and implement the BRRR method in Wichita. We live in California and he's planning to go out there in two weeks and asked me to do some research for potential contractor and property management companies. I've scrolled through people with these same issues and much of the feedback is to attend an REIA meeting, but he will not be there during the next one.

So, how do I start? What makes a good contractor? What makes a good property management company? When I've found a few potential candidates, what questions should I be asking?
