Hi there, Im and out of state investor and I have a SFH and a Duplex in Toledo. They have been vacant for the past 6 months. I recently switched PMs as I felt the other PM was not doing a good job. I obtained a new one and they too are not what I expected. They take forever to respond and because of that I havent been able to get anything done since Sept. Could anyone recommend a good PM and or handyman. I want to get these properties up and running and rented ASAP. Appreciate it
