Hi All,

Where do you normally get interest rates when shopping for houses for the weekend? Websites, social media? Thanks for your recommendations!

 Start with a mortgage broker,

They will provide you with estimated payments on homes you are looking for. But generally you will have a better idea of where you stand by getting pre-approved. Otherwise you are just guessing.

 Thank you!

Thank you for all your responses. I was wondering if any would follow lenders/ loan officers on social media to get the rates that they post weekly.

Hey Mara, My company goes Live every single day and does a Live demo of rates for different loan programs. You can start there :)

I check this site every single day myself. https://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/

Hope this helps!
