Hi everyone,

My name is Marat.  I am amazed at all the information on this site.

Looking forward to learning more about real estate investing, something I've been wanting to do for a while.  I work as a physician during the days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  Looking to do something different.  I plan to invest in some single and multi-family homes around my area and build some cash flow.  Working on learning more about the process, and meeting folks that have the same interests along the way.  My goal is to make my first deal within the next 4-6 months.  Thrilled to find this amazing community of people who are all helping each other!
