Zachary - agreed.  My wife is an agent as well and multi properties seem to be really high unless you are willing to go into C areas.  Just wondering what other investors are doing.  At these high prices the numbers don't really work.

Newbie checking for the first time. Brought my first property (town home) two yrs ago as a buy, rent, hold. Looking to continue but multi-family in Springfield, Media, Morton, Ridley seems to be really expensive and worry about the long term appreciation. Any thoughts/feedback from local pros.
