Quote from @Bacongo Sandou Cisse:

Hello everyone,

I am from the Bay Area and looking to relocate to a area where I can start my investing journey. Right now, California would be impossible for me so I am looking into areas where their is a lot of opportunties. Open to any state as long as I can make money and grow.

Hey Bacongo, as an investment property agent in Tampa, FL, I can tell you firsthand that the market over here hasn't even hit its stride, and we've seen record-breaking growth over the past 5 years. Plus, it's an amazing place to live, especially for someone your age. Feel free to reach out, I'd love to fill you in.

Brent, the Tampa Bay market is another great option. STR's like AirBnB's are great near Orlando, but the rental market in Tampa continues to grow despite any recent trends. With rentals, building equity in a great location is incredibly important. This way, you have no trouble finding tenants while growing your interest in the property. You'll find more opportunities in the Tampa Bay market over the next 5-10 years.

Hey everyone, just reaching out to see if there are any investors out there who have any tips on how to maximize the ROI on their deals. Buy deeper? Better GC's? Accurate due diligence? Best areas to flip in Southwest/Central Florida?

Always looking to connect and learn from investors throughout the market. Thanks for the input!
