Hello,

I live in Nashville. It has become an expensive city. The housing market is overvalued. If you want a good spot and try to save some money (hopefully...), I would go to properties in Hermitage/Mount Juliet.

As I am a newbie in this world, I was wondering whether there was any difference between buying a sheriff sale or a "standard" foreclosure. Is the process the same?
