Somebody throw some options at me! If you guys had to do it all again- my wife and I are looking to invest. Were young and have great resources. We have 20k cash I'll be doing the construction full time I want to flip a few, and hold many. Anyone have suggestions on how to make the 20 go along way. Thanks

Is anyone else in the unusual situation of renting a place for the great benefits of location and price while they begin investing in other single family homes? - Wife and I rent an amazing country home for cheap. Out initial plan was to wait and find a multi family to house hack but the country home has been far too amazing to leave. - Anyone in a situation where they hold a investment mortgage and pay a $600 rent aside because of the satisfaction of the rental. - Were just fine financially for funding a $150k investment home but don't know if we should take the plunge to downgrade to a house hack occupy-remodel job.
