My husband and I are Realtors and have an S corp for our real estate business so we get W2's but we have found it easier to use hard money to flip homes to build our own funds for investment purchases. We have a business partner who is also a Realtor, self employed.

Hello everyone, I'm about to purchase a rental property (trailer park) with many lower income tenants with no internet. They currently mail the landlord cash, money orders and checks. I do not want to continue that practice, wondering what methods other people are using? Apps and such won't work as many are using a free phone. The location is semi rural, my bank has branches in the next 2 biggest towns with limited hours, however there is a Walmart there as well. Best ideas? TIA!
