Great point! My LLC "A" needs a 1031 exchange and I need to buy 2 small properties to "exchange" for the big house I will sell.
Therefore, I was hoping that one of those 2 small properties to be bought, can be bought from my LLC “B”

Hi! New member here. :)
I bought a house to rent under my llc A ( A has 2 other houses rented).
My llc B has one house.
Can my llc A legally sell a house to my llc B?
