Hey everyone!

Excited to be here and connect with like-minded investors, developers, and entrepreneurs. My name’s Marco Di Gabriele, I’ve been in real estate full-time since 2017, and I specialize in new construction and development sales in Philadelphia. I’ve helped oversee the sales of $200M+ in land and new construction projects and actively work with developers to source land, navigate zoning, and sell out their finished product.

I’m also passionate about building systems, scaling / leverage, and helping agents break into development.

Always happy to share insights, collaborate on deals, or help others avoid some of the early mistakes I made in this space.

Also, I recently started a Youtube Channel where I will be adding a lot of content to share my knowledge on investing in Philadelphia. One of my first videos below just breaks down som basics about the zoning code, but I am looking for feedback and also more topics that I can cover, so please feel free to comment below with more topics I can share content on!

Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can & feel free to shoot me a message if you’re working on anything in Philly or just want to talk shop.
