I am a licensed realtor in CT and MA. I want to start a direct mail campaign to gain leads to purchase my own properties and I want to wholesale the property that I will not be investing is, is this legal ? or should I stick to acting as an agent?

Hello bigger pocket friends from CT.

I'm from Woodstock/Putnam and I am looking for a Real Estate Investment Meetup in the quiet corner/ north eastern part of CT. I couldn't find anything online or by asking around. Do you guys know of any? And if there aren't any (which is very likely) who's wants to start one with me?
