Hello everyone,

I'm excited to join this forum and connect with fellow real estate investors. My name is Marco Prima and I've been interested in real estate for a long time. A Navy veteran with a background in Project Management of 20+ years,  I hope to bring value and insight.

Excited to learn and grow within this community and gain experience in managing properties, finding good tenants, and dealing with maintenance issues.

I'm looking forward to learning from others on this forum and sharing my own experiences. I believe that real estate investing is a great way to build long-term wealth, and I'm excited to be a part of a community of like-minded individuals.
